Some of the bigger candle companies offer free shipping and they likely work that cost into the price of their candle. I however am a small business and am not able to absorb shipping costs. Orders ship via USPS. I will utilize Ground Advantage which includes $100 of insurance against damage or loss through USPS. We are not responsible for carrier delays, damage, theft, or loss.
