At Next Watch Candleworks, each order is handmade with care. Because our products are made in small batches, candles and wax products may need time to properly set and cure before they are packaged and shipped.

Once your order is received, please allow at least 1 business day for your handmade items to cure before shipping. Processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons, holidays, or large order periods.

Orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimated by USPS and may vary based on location, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

As a small business, we are unfortunately not always able to offer free shipping like larger corporations. Shipping rates help cover the actual cost of safely packaging and mailing your order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Next Watch Candleworks is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
