At Next Watch Candleworks, we want every customer to be happy with their order. Because our candles are handmade products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on candles that have been lit, burned, or used.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with your product, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.
