Next Watch Candleworks offers handmade candles, wax melts, room sprays, incense, accessories, and other related products. Because many of our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in color, appearance, scent strength, wax finish, labels, and packaging may occur.

Product photos and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that every screen or device will display colors exactly the same.

2. Product Safety

Candles and wax products must be used responsibly. Always follow the warning label and safety instructions included with each product.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, curtains, furniture, and anything flammable. Burn candles only on a stable, heat-safe surface. Do not move a candle while it is burning or while the wax is hot.

Next Watch Candleworks is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by improper use, misuse, failure to follow safety instructions, or use of our products in a way not intended.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, or incorrect customer information.

4. Custom Orders and Personalized Products

Custom labels, personalized products, special requests, and made-to-order items are created specifically for the customer. Please review all spelling, dates, names, wording, and details before submitting your order.

Once a custom or personalized order has been started, it may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund unless there is an error made by Next Watch Candleworks.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

Shipping and delivery options may vary depending on location and product availability. We will do our best to process and ship orders in a timely manner.

Once an order has been shipped or delivered to the carrier, delivery times may vary. Next Watch Candleworks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because our candles and wax products are handmade, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on candles that have been lit, burned, melted, used, or altered in any way.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with your product, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if the item arrived damaged.

We care about our customers and will review each issue carefully. If there is a problem with your order, reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the packaging and product may be required so we can review the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable solution.
