Q: Why are there variations in the look of the wax?
A: “Frosting" is a common characteristic of candles made with soy wax. It can appear as a crystalline formation on the surface or sides of the soy candle and is harmless. Frosting is an indicator that the candle is pure soy; many soy candle lovers look for this to ensure that the candle is all natural! If your candle has frosting you can rest assured that the scent or burn quality are not affected.
Q: What if I don’t like the scent of my candle?
A: Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or exchanges based on the scent. Thank you for your understanding. Buying a scented candle online should not feel risky. I take great care in choosing our scents, and to show appreciation for your business I always include sample scents with every order in the form of wax melt cubes (trial size) or small candles.
